Victory Station is located within the Blackman
community, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, just 30
miles south of Nashville. It is less than one
mile from the I-840 loop, 1 mile from I-24, and
within minutes of I-65 and I-40. This provides
an excellent location for any lifestyle and is
just a short distance from airports, railways,
and other forms of transportation.
Based on the History of Blackman, by Robert
Baskins, it is known that the earliest settlers
created a self-contained community in this area.
Victory Station has been designed as such a
community. |
This
design enables people to live in a comfortable
neighborhood with close proximity to necessary schools,
goods, services, jobs, offices and recreation.
Victory Station is a community where you can choose to
ride your bike, drive, or walk to enjoy the luxury of
many conveniences and necessities.
Victory Station is designed to be a traditional
community providing a hometown, comfortable atmosphere
with the simple elegance of brick and stone.
The
grounds, with ample parking, illuminated walkways and
bike trails, are covered with an abundance of green
space.
The
Blackman High School, Middle School and Elementary
School, as well as a stadium, emergency medical services
and other public services, are all within walking
distance of this self-contained community.
