Providence Pointe is a planned unit development located
off Greenland Dr just minutes from Middle Tennessee
State University and just off the Rutherford Blvd.
thoroughfare. The community consists of 120
single-family homes with 1300 to 1800 square feet, an
apartment complex and a small neighborhood-shopping
complex.
In the
spring of 2004, the infrastructure development began.
In
the winter of 2004, we began grading the commercial
tract, which is planned for mini-storage units, a car
wash and a strip for six retail businesses. These retail
units should be ready for leasing in the fall of 2005.
Housing construction for Section 1 of the 2 sections
started the spring of 2005 and the second section will
start in 2006.
The
retail units are ready for leasing as well as the mini
storage units. The carwash is scheduled for completion
the spring 2006. |
