Brenda Bruce
- Office Manager
A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Brenda brings to us her
knowledge of business and legal issues. Brenda directs and manages all office
and business administration for Swanson Developments, LP with professional
expertise. She facilitates all office procedures including human resources,
customer service and accounting functions. Brenda's professional background
includes over 6 years of commercial property management and development
experience.
Vicki
Pare – Accounts Receivables –
A native of New Zealand, she
brings a joyful attitude to the team with over 30 years of accounting experience
from diverse business experiences.
Rachel
Cherry – Accounts Payable –
Graduate of our own Middle Tennessee State University, she brings a keen eye for
detail and accuracy to the accounting field as well as administrative qualities
as an assistant to the office manager, Brenda Bruce.
Tammy
Neal - Customer Service
A native of Woodbury, a neighboring community of Murfreesboro, Tammy will share
her enthusiasm for leasing property and a love of people with you.

Kirk – Customer Service
Bruce brings a wealth of education and work experience to Swanson Developments,
LP. Bruce brings his years of sales experience to help make your dreams a
reality.
Tom Tritschler - Acquisitions
A native of Manchester, a few miles south of Murfreesboro, Tom researches
available properties and initiates the acquisition of properties for Swanson
Developments, LP. A graduate of MTSU, our local university, he brings a wealth
of knowledge to his profession.
